  138.                 registered copy of each product must be shipped to
  139.                 Egerter Software.  Freeware programs are not considered a
  140.                 "product".  See the royalty NOTICE at the bottom of this page.

  143. $ 150.00 US     Each additional shareware product produced with the standard
  144.                 developer's license requires further payment for a production
  145.                 license.  A registered copy of each product must be shipped to
  146.                 Egerter Software.

  148. 016-    Source Code License
  149. $ 4000.00 US    Includes source code for every program and library in the
  150.                 WGT 5.0 system.  No further licensing is required.  Two
  151.                 copies of each product produced must be shipped to
  152.                 Egerter Software. See the royalty NOTICE below.

  154. 017-    Additional Terminal License
  155. $ 50.00 US      Use of the WGT 5.0 system or source by more than one person
  156.                 requires the purchase of additional licenses.  Each license
  157.                 entitles one (1) additional user to access the code and
  158.                 programs.  This restriction includes client/server models.

  160. NOTICE ****     A royalty of 3% of net profits must be paid to Egerter
  161.                 Software for every commercial product created using WGT 5.0.
  162.                 Payments must be made bi-monthly.  This fee applies to all
  163.                 of the above license agreements.  Shareware and freeware
  164.                 products do not require royalty payments.

  166. Upgrades from standard to source code licenses may be made at any time at a
  167. cost of the difference between license fees.  No refunds will be allowed
  168. once a package has been shipped (due to the inclusion of source code).

  184.                 320x200x256 VGA mode.  It also supports VESA routines for

  186.                 joystick, scrolling, SVGA, drop-down menus, FLI/FLC,
  187.                 3D graphics, sprites, etc are included.  No royalties

  192.                 images which can be saved as one file.  Full featured editor

  202.                 utilized for extra storage space. Saves WGT source code for
  203.                 quick game-creation.  Requires Sprite Editor for drawing
